岗位职责

BriefIntroduction职位简介•Maintenancetherelationshipwithexistaccountsanddevelopnewaccounts.客户关系的维护和拓展新客户。MajorResponsibility主要工作职责•Inchargeofcorporateaccountandmaintenancetherelationshipwithexistaccounts(Salescallfrequentlyandemail,telephoneandothers).负责公司客户，维护客户关系（经常通过邮件、电话等方式对客户进行拜访）。•Developnewcorporateaccountsandfollowup.拓展新的公司客户以及相关跟进工作。•Siteinspectionforclients.带领客户现场参观。•Investigateourproperties’competitorinformation(ratesandpromotionandetc.)调查竞争对手的相关信息（如：价格、促销方式等)。•Dailyproduction&revenuereport;Monthlyandyearproduction&revenuereport.制作月度和年度的销售产量和收入报表。•Weeklycustomerfeedback/Monthlyinventorycheck/Monthlyrateparitycheck/Quarterlywebdescriptioncheck.每月客户的反馈、月度房态的核查、月度价格的核查、网站信息的核查。•Quoteandfollowupreservationandpayment,insureallreservationscorrectly.Goodcommunicationwithreservationassociates.•跟进预订和付款情况，确保所有的预订准确无误。与预订同事有良好的沟通。•MakingnecessarysettingonallrelevantOTA(OnlineTravelAgent)systemwithaccurateandefficient.对所有在线预订中心系统的操作准确及高效。•RenewalannualagreementwithTravelAgents,doneandfollowuptheagreementreturn.每年度及时更新与旅行社的协议，并跟进相关协议的返回情况。Requirements资质需求•Bachelordegreeorabove.•大学本科以上学历。•Morethan2yearshotel/serviceapartmentortravelagencysalesexperience.2年以上酒店/服务公寓销售工作经验。•Fluentinlistening,speaking,readingandwritingEnglishabilities.流利的英文听、说、读、写能力。•Goodinterpersonalcommunicationskillstoeffectivelycarryoutinternal/externalcommunications.良好的人际沟通能力，
