1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB / 岗位目标According to the company's product characteristics and target customers, responsible for connecting customer products and technical requirement, making OSA products and technology development strategies, leading OSA products and packaging technology development, solving OSA products reliability and producibility problems, to ensure the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.根据公司的产品特点和目标客户，负责对接客户产品和技术需求，制定OSA产品和技术开发策略，主导OSA产品以及封装技术的开发，牵头解决OSA产品的存在的可靠性以及可生产性问题，确保公司战略目标的达成。2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES/主要职责 Cooperate with the marketing team, connecting customer products and technical requirement. According to the company's strategy and revenue target, making OSA products and technology development strategies. According to the product development target, guide new product packaging scheme, packaging processing and test method design, and lead the team to complete the development task as planned. According to OSA products life cycle and its cost objective, lead its performance improvement and processing optimization. Solving OSA products reliability and producibility problems, to realize its smooth transition and mass production. Based on industry technical status and tendency, lead the new technology research to improve company technology competitive power. 与市场团队配合，对接客户的产品和技术需求；根据公司的战略和销售目标，制定OSA产品和技术的开发策略。 根据产品研发目标，主导新产品的封装设计、封装工艺和测试方案，带领团队按计划完成开发任务。 根据OSA产品的生命周期与成本目标，主导OSA产品的升级迭代以及工艺优化。 牵头解决OSA产品存在的可靠性以及可生产性问
